Does Permutrix generate artwork with AI?
No. Permutrix combines, recolors, arranges, and exports image layers supplied by you. It does not generate artwork with an AI image model.
Is the web demo the same as Permutrix Desktop?
No. The web demo is a guided browser introduction using prepared assets. Permutrix Desktop is the complete Windows authoring workspace for personal assets, saved projects, deeper controls, batch review, and export.
Where does Permutrix store project and app data?
Permutrix Desktop works with local project and application data. Read the Local Data Notice for the current storage behavior, files, preferences, and deletion responsibilities.
How do I recover a purchase or download?
Use the buyer library, receipt, purchase page, or download-key flow provided by the store you selected. If access is missing, contact support with the store name and order identifier. Do not send full payment-card information.
How do refunds work?
Request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund of the amount paid, regardless of your country or whether you downloaded or ran the software. No reason is required. More favorable rights under applicable law remain unaffected. See the refund policy for the scope and request process.
Can I use the bundled sample assets commercially?
Personal and commercial use, modification, and redistribution are allowed under the Sample Materials License. Selling an original or substantially unchanged sample by itself is not allowed.
