A few details make debugging much faster.
- Permutrix version and Windows version.
- The shortest repeatable steps, plus what you expected and what happened.
- A screenshot and the relevant asset or export format when useful.
- For purchase issues, the store name and order, receipt, or download-key identifier.
Do not send a full payment-card number. Back up the project before trying structural troubleshooting steps, and share only the smallest file needed to reproduce a problem.

Permutrix 1.3.0 is on Microsoft Store
Install Permutrix 1.3.0 free from Microsoft Store and try the atom sample. To buy Pro, choose Upgrade to Pro in the app and make a one-time payment through Paddle in your browser.
How are Store and standalone Desktop different?
Store 1.3.0 is free to install with the atom sample. Pro is a one-time paid upgrade: choose Upgrade to Pro in the app to pay through Paddle in your browser. New sales of Desktop 1.2.1 on itch.io and Ko-fi have ended. Existing purchasers retain their download and support rights; earlier Desktop purchases do not automatically activate Store Pro.
Does Permutrix generate artwork with AI?
No. Permutrix combines, recolors, arranges, and exports image layers supplied by you. It does not generate artwork with an AI image model.
Is the web demo the same as Permutrix Desktop?
No. Permutrix Demo uses the Store 1.3.0 Free editor. You can edit the atom sample, generate 10 variations, export up to 5 at a time, and save or reopen a project ZIP. Pro is purchased through the installed Windows app.
Where does Permutrix store project and app data?
Choose the data notice for your edition. Store licensing and purchase recovery differ from standalone Desktop 1.2.1.
How do I recover a purchase or download?
Use the buyer library, receipt, purchase page, or download-key flow provided by the store you selected. If access is missing, contact support with the store name and order identifier. Do not send full payment-card information.
How do refunds work?
Request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund of the amount paid, regardless of your country or whether you downloaded or ran the software. No reason is required. More favorable rights under applicable law remain unaffected. See the refund policy for the scope and request process.
Can I use the bundled sample assets commercially?
Personal and commercial use, modification, and redistribution are allowed under the Sample Materials License. Selling an original or substantially unchanged sample by itself is not allowed.
