Prepared for release, not generally on sale

The free Microsoft Store app's optional one-time Pro purchase is being prepared for release and is not generally available for purchase yet. This notice does not open a purchase button, enable general Paddle checkout, or change the current standalone Desktop 1.2.1 purchase routes through itch.io and Ko-fi.

When Pro purchases become available, the Paddle entity identified at checkout will handle payment and refunds. Permutrix Labs remains the product publisher, licensor, and technical-support provider. The final price, applicable tax, and total will be shown in Paddle Checkout.

Website, purchase & product terms

Current sales information: September 9, 2026. Before purchasing, please review the purchase information, refund policy, product license, and data notices. Your order is subject to the transaction terms shown at purchase and applicable law. The desktop app asks for affirmative assent to the product license on first launch.

Purchase relationship

Permutrix Labs publishes, licenses, and supports the software. For purchases collected through itch.io's payouts system, itch.io acts as the merchant of record and handles the payment, receipt, platform transaction process, and applicable checkout taxes. For Ko-fi purchases, Permutrix Labs is the seller; Ko-fi provides the storefront and the payment is processed through the third-party payment provider shown at checkout.

License and acceptable use

The purchase grants one natural person a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual personal license. The software is licensed, not sold. You may use it on devices you control, but may not share the account, copies, or access with another person or a jointly used device. You may not resell or sublicense the software, remove ownership notices, use the software to infringe another person's rights, or bypass technical restrictions. Your artwork and outputs

You retain rights in artwork you provide and in outputs created from it, subject to any third-party rights in the source material. You are responsible for having permission to use all imported assets and for reviewing exported results before publication or sale.

Updates, availability, and support

The license has no expiration date. Within reasonable practical limits, Permutrix Labs continues to provide bug fixes, security and compatibility updates, and purchase, download, and technical support. No specific support period, response time, number of updates, future feature, or permanent operating-system compatibility is promised. A future major version may be sold separately. This description does not limit remedies for defects, security updates, or other obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Warranty and mandatory rights

The product and website are provided as available to the fullest extent allowed by law. Nothing on this page excludes or limits non-waivable consumer rights, remedies for a product that is faulty, not supplied, or not as described, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

How purchase and support data is handled

Current sales information: September 9, 2026. This section is a short purchase-focused summary. Read the complete bilingual Permutrix Privacy Policy for the website, web demo, desktop app, purchases, licensing, and customer support. The selected store and payment provider separately process checkout data under their own policies. See the itch.io Privacy Policy and Ko-fi Privacy Policy. The desktop application's on-device behavior is described in the Permutrix Local Data Notice.

Information we may receive

• Purchase and support data: name, email address, country or region, store, order or transaction identifier, product, payment or refund status, and limited order metadata supplied by the store or by you. Permutrix Labs does not receive your full payment-card number.
• Support data: contact details, messages, screenshots, files, device or app details, and transaction information you choose to provide.
• Website technical data: hosting and security providers may process IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device details, and diagnostic logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
• Website analytics and functional data: The website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics for cookie-free aggregate traffic and performance statistics. Permutrix does not use this information to build individual advertising profiles. Functional preferences, such as language selection, may be stored in cookies or browser storage, and technical information may be processed to deliver and protect the site. See the Privacy Policy for details, including the information processed and retention periods.
• Desktop 1.2.1 app data: the current paid desktop app has no analytics, advertising, or diagnostic telemetry. Its on-device behavior is described separately in the Local Data Notice.

Why we use it

We use personal data to support purchases, delivery, refunds, and Permutrix; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain security; respond to requests; keep legally required business and transaction records; and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data. We do not use purchase data for unrelated marketing without the consent required by law.

Sharing, retention, and transfers

Data may be shared only as needed with the selected store and payment provider, website hosting and security providers, support tools selected by the user, professional advisers, or public authorities when legally required. These providers may process data in other countries under their own safeguards. Records are kept only as long as needed for these purposes, legal accounting or tax obligations, dispute handling, security, and support, then deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and may complain to a competent data-protection authority. Contact obistru@gmail.com. For store-controlled checkout data, use the privacy request channels provided by that store or payment provider. Some data may be retained when required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims.

Additional 14-day full refund guarantee

Current sales information: September 9, 2026. Permutrix Labs offers a full refund of the amount paid for the product order if you request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, regardless of your country of residence or whether you have downloaded or run the software. You do not need to give a reason. This guarantee is additional to your rights under applicable law and the purchase channel's terms.

Microsoft Store Pro purchases through Paddle

Pro is not generally available for purchase yet. Permutrix Labs offers a full refund of the amount actually paid for the product order, including applicable tax, when you request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchasing Pro. No reason is required, regardless of your nationality, country of residence, or whether you downloaded, ran, or used the software.

For Paddle purchases, request a refund through paddle.net or the support link in your receipt. You may also contact obistru@gmail.com or use our support form. Please provide your purchase email or order number if available to help us locate the order. Do not send full card details, security codes, passwords, or license-recovery verification codes.

The deadline is determined by your initial refund request. Time spent verifying or processing the order does not make a timely request late. We approve eligible requests and promptly initiate the refund through Paddle within applicable statutory deadlines. We do not deduct a refund fee. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; arrival times vary by payment method and processing circumstances. If that method is unavailable, we will work with Paddle to identify and explain the available process.

If a payment dispute is already open, we coordinate with Paddle to avoid a duplicate refund. Amounts already refunded for the same order are not paid twice. An ongoing dispute does not, by itself, exclude this guarantee.

A full refund ends the Pro rights for that order. Free remains available, and projects, assets, and exported files are not automatically deleted. Further use or editing of Pro-only features may be restricted. This additional guarantee does not limit more favorable rights under applicable law or your purchase terms, including rights concerning defects or non-delivery.

Standalone Desktop 1.2.1 purchases through itch.io or Ko-fi

To request a refund, email obistru@gmail.com, use our support form, or use the refund channel provided by the store where you purchased. Please include the information you have available to help us locate the order, such as the store, purchase email, and order number or receipt. You do not need to explain your reason or complete troubleshooting first. Do not send your full payment-card number, card security code, password, or license-recovery verification code.

Eligibility within the 14-day period is determined by the time of your initial refund request. A timely request does not become late because additional order information is supplied later or because reviewing or processing the request takes longer.

Permutrix Labs will approve eligible requests and promptly initiate the refund through the relevant store or payment provider, within applicable statutory deadlines. The refund is based on the amount and currency actually paid for the original order; Permutrix Labs does not deduct a discretionary refund fee. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. If that method is unavailable, we will explain the alternative permitted by applicable law and the payment provider. The time for funds to arrive may vary by store, payment provider, and payment method.

Amounts already refunded for the same order will not be refunded twice. This additional guarantee does not apply to confirmed payment fraud or manipulation of a payment dispute. Merely raising a payment dispute, or having one in progress, does not by itself remove your refund rights. We will coordinate with the relevant store or payment provider to identify the appropriate process without duplicating a refund.

This guarantee does not limit rights concerning non-delivery, defects, or a product that does not match its description or contract, or any more favorable rights under applicable law or the purchase channel's terms. Those rights do not all end merely because 14 days have passed. Less favorable terms will not be applied retroactively to existing purchases.

Use after refund — current paid Desktop 1.2.1 distribution

Once the refund is completed, the paid Permutrix Desktop 1.2.1 license and re-download rights acquired through that order end. You must stop using that paid software and delete retained copies of it. The refund alone does not remove your existing rights in your original artwork or lawfully created outputs. Third-party and separately licensed sample materials remain subject to their respective terms.
