These terms apply to Permutrix for Microsoft Store 1.2.2 and later Store releases that identify this terms version. They do not replace the terms supplied with the standalone Desktop 1.2.1 distribution or the web demo. The Korean and English sections are intended to state the same terms. If they differ, a language required by mandatory law or by the purchase terms controls; otherwise the English section controls.

1. 당사자와 적용 범위
“Permutrix”는 Microsoft Store용 Permutrix 소프트웨어와 함께 제공되는 문서를 뜻하며 라이선서는 퍼뮤트릭스 랩스(Permutrix Labs)입니다. Pro 결제와 환불은 구매 화면에 표시된 Paddle의 해당 법인이 처리합니다. Paddle의 결제상 판매자 역할과 퍼뮤트릭스 랩스의 소프트웨어 이용허락·제품 지원 역할은 구분됩니다. 구매자 연락처는 obistru@gmail.com입니다.
판매 페이지, 주문 확인서 또는 별도 서면 조건에 사용자, 좌석, 기기, 조직, 이용기간 또는 목적이 명시되어 있으면 그 범위가 우선합니다. 해당 범위가 전혀 명시되지 않은 경우에는 한 명의 자연인이 자신이 관리하는 기기에서 Permutrix를 사용할 수 있으며, 계정·복사본 또는 접근 권한을 다른 사람이나 공동 사용 기기와 공유할 수 없습니다.
2. 이용허락
사용자가 Permutrix를 적법하게 취득하고 이 약관을 준수하는 동안, 라이선서는 Free 기능을 무료로 설치·사용하고, Pro를 적법하게 구매한 경우 구매 조건의 범위에서 Pro 기능을 사용할 제한적·비독점적·양도 불가능한 이용권을 부여합니다. 소프트웨어는 판매되는 것이 아니라 이용이 허락되는 것이며 명시적으로 부여되지 않은 권리는 라이선서가 보유합니다.
Pro는 선택 사항인 일회성 개인용 업그레이드입니다. Pro 이용권에는 정해진 만료일이나 정기 구독료가 없습니다. 최초 활성화·구매 복구 및 주기적 인증에는 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. 마지막 정상 인증 후 30일 동안 오프라인으로 Pro를 사용할 수 있으며 실제 인증 유효기한은 앱에 표시됩니다. 기한이 지나면 온라인으로 다시 인증해야 합니다. 인증 기한 경과만으로 구매 권리가 소멸하거나 새 결제가 필요한 것은 아닙니다.
서버에 일시적으로 연결되지 않아도 유효한 오프라인 인증 기한 안에서는 Pro가 유지됩니다. 인증이 만료되거나 전액 환불·차지백으로 Pro 접근이 해제돼도 Free는 계속 사용할 수 있으며 프로젝트·에셋·내보낸 파일은 자동 삭제되지 않습니다. Pro 전용 기능의 추가 사용·편집은 제한될 수 있습니다.
라이선서가 인증 서비스를 영구 종료하는 경우에는 종료 전에 안내하고, 적법한 기존 Pro 구매자가 구매한 기능을 계속 사용할 수 있도록 대체 인증 또는 오프라인 전환 수단을 제공합니다. 구체적인 수단·검증·제공 절차는 종료 전에 마련합니다. 이는 현재 앱에 비상 전환 기능이 이미 구현되어 있다는 뜻은 아닙니다.
3. 사용자 자료와 결과물
사용자는 자신이 Permutrix에 불러온 이미지, 프로젝트 및 기타 자료에 대한 권리를 그대로 보유합니다. 사용자는 해당 자료를 사용·변형·내보낼 권한을 확보할 책임이 있습니다.
사용자는 자신이 적법하게 제공한 자료로 Permutrix에서 만든 결과물을 개인적 또는 상업적 목적으로 사용할 수 있습니다. 라이선서는 결과물 자체에 대한 소유권을 주장하지 않습니다. 다만 결과물에 포함된 제3자 자료, 별도 샘플 자료, 상표, 초상 또는 기타 보호 대상에는 각각의 권리와 조건이 계속 적용됩니다.
4. 제한사항
관련 법률이 명시적으로 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 다음 행위를 할 수 없습니다.
- Permutrix 자체나 그 상당 부분을 복제하여 배포, 재판매, 대여, 재라이선스 또는 공개 제공하는 행위
- 구매 조건이 허용하지 않은 사람·좌석·조직·공동 기기에 접근 권한을 공유하는 행위
- 보호조치나 이용 제한을 우회하거나, Permutrix의 출처·권리표시를 제거하는 행위
- Permutrix를 악성코드, 불법 침해, 권리 침해 또는 불법 콘텐츠 제작에 사용하는 행위
- 법률상 제한할 수 없는 범위를 제외한 역설계, 디컴파일 또는 소스코드 추출 시도
상호운용성, 보안 연구 또는 그 밖의 목적으로 법률이 특정 행위를 허용하고 계약으로 제한하지 못하게 하는 경우에는 해당 법률이 우선합니다.
5. 제3자 구성요소와 별도 자료
Permutrix에 포함된 오픈소스 및 제3자 구성요소에는 동봉된 제3자 고지와 각 라이선스가 적용되며, 해당 범위에서는 그 조건이 이 약관보다 우선합니다. 별도로 제공되는 샘플, 템플릿, 폰트 또는 기타 자료에 별도 조건이 표시되어 있으면 그 조건이 적용됩니다.
5.1. 동봉 샘플 자료 라이선스
샘플 라이선스 버전: 2026-09-09.1. 시행일: 2026-09-09.
이 라이선스는 Permutrix 배포본의 joint_sample/ 및 asset_sample/ 폴더의 파일과, public_demo_sample/ 또는 Store 패키지의 resources/public-demo-template/로 제공되는 원자 키링 샘플 그림·선화·샘플 프로젝트·공급된 결과 캐시(이하 “샘플 자료”)에 적용됩니다. 해당 템플릿에서 Free 샘플 프로젝트로 복사된 동일 자료도 포함합니다. 별도 조건이 표시된 제3자 자료, 사용자가 추가한 자료 및 Permutrix 소프트웨어·문서·브랜딩 아이콘·명칭·로고에는 적용되지 않습니다.
샘플 자료의 라이선서는 퍼뮤트릭스 랩스(Permutrix Labs)입니다. 결제를 처리하는 판매 플랫폼 또는 결제사업자와 구분됩니다.
아래 제한을 지키는 동안 누구나 샘플 자료를 전 세계에서 영구적·무상·비독점적으로 개인적 또는 상업적 목적으로 사용, 복제, 수정, 변형, 결합 및 재배포할 수 있습니다. 샘플 자료를 포함하거나 샘플 자료로부터 만든 결과물과 2차적 자료를 판매·배포할 수도 있습니다. 저작자 표시는 필요하지 않습니다.
샘플 자료를 원본 또는 실질적으로 변경되지 않은 형태로, 그 자료 자체가 주된 가치를 이루는 독립 에셋, 에셋 팩, 템플릿, 샘플 프로젝트 또는 유사 상품으로 유료 판매·재판매하거나 유료 이용허락할 수 없습니다. 이 제한은 무료 재배포, 더 큰 작업물에 포함한 배포·판매 또는 실질적으로 수정한 2차적 자료와 결과물의 판매·배포를 금지하지 않습니다.
샘플 자료는 강행법규가 허용하는 최대 범위에서 보증 없이 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 법률상 제한할 수 없는 권리는 제한되지 않으며, 명시적으로 허용되지 않은 권리는 라이선서가 보유합니다.
6. 업데이트, 지원 및 환불
퍼뮤트릭스 랩스는 합리적으로 가능한 범위에서 버그 수정, 보안·호환성 업데이트 및 구매·다운로드·기술문제 지원을 계속 제공할 예정입니다. 특정 업데이트 기간·횟수·신규 기능, 모든 운영체제와의 영구 호환성 또는 지원 응답시간을 보장하지 않습니다. 구매 당시의 약속 및 법률상 배제할 수 없는 권리는 유지됩니다. 재다운로드에는 구매 시 안내된 판매 채널의 접근 조건이 적용됩니다.
구매일부터 14일(달력일) 이내에 환불을 요청하면 국적·거주 국가·다운로드·실행·사용 여부에 관계없이 이유를 요구하지 않고 해당 제품 주문의 실제 결제액 전액을 환불합니다. obistru@gmail.com 또는 구매처의 환불 창구로 요청할 수 있으며, 최초 요청 시점으로 기한 충족 여부를 판단합니다. 주문 확인·처리가 늦어져 기한이 지났다는 이유로 기한 내 요청을 거절하지 않습니다. 확인 코드·비밀번호·카드 보안코드는 보내지 마세요.
대상 요청을 승인하고 적용 법정 기한 안에 해당 판매처·결제사업자를 통해 지체 없이 환불 절차를 시작합니다. 임의의 환불 수수료를 차감하지 않으며 실제 입금 시점은 결제사업자·결제수단에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 같은 주문의 이미 환급된 금액을 중복 지급하지 않습니다. 단순히 결제분쟁이 진행 중이라는 이유만으로 보장을 배제하지 않습니다. 이 추가 보장은 하자·미제공·계약 불일치 등에 관한 권리 또는 적용 법률·구매처의 더 유리한 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
7. 보증과 책임
강행법규가 허용하는 최대 범위에서 Permutrix는 현재 상태로 제공되며 모든 환경에서 중단 없이 또는 오류 없이 작동한다고 보증하지 않습니다. 사용자는 중요한 프로젝트와 내보낸 파일을 별도로 백업해야 합니다.
이 조항은 적용 법률상 배제하거나 제한할 수 없는 소비자 권리, 고의 또는 중대한 과실에 대한 책임, 신체 손해에 대한 책임을 배제하거나 제한하지 않습니다.
8. 종료
사용자가 이 약관 또는 구매 조건을 중대하게 위반하면 라이선서는 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 이용권을 종료할 수 있습니다. 종료되면 사용자는 Permutrix 사용을 중단하고 보유한 소프트웨어 복사본을 삭제해야 합니다. 종료 전에 적법하게 만든 결과물에 대한 제3조의 이용권은 해당 결과물에 제3자 권리 침해가 없는 한 유지됩니다.
전액 환불된 주문의 Pro 권리는 종료되지만 별도로 허용된 Free 이용권까지 종료되는 것은 아닙니다. 인증 유효기한 경과도 이 조의 중대한 위반에 따른 이용권 종료와 구분됩니다.
9. 약관 버전과 동의
Permutrix는 최초 실행 시 이 약관 버전에 대한 명시적 동의를 요청합니다. 사용자가 동의하지 않으면 앱을 종료하고 구매한 판매 채널을 통해 적용 가능한 환불 또는 지원 절차를 확인할 수 있습니다. 약관이 실질적으로 변경되면 새 버전을 표시하고 다시 동의를 요청합니다.
준거법, 관할, 판매자 표시, 가격, 세금 및 소비자 거래 조건은 구매 시 제공된 조건과 적용 법률에 따릅니다. 어떠한 조항도 적용되는 강행법규상 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

1. Parties and scope
“Permutrix” means the Permutrix software for Microsoft Store and its accompanying documentation. The Licensor is Permutrix Labs (퍼뮤트릭스 랩스). The Paddle entity identified at checkout handles Pro payments and refunds. Paddle’s role as the seller for payment purposes is distinct from Permutrix Labs’ software-licensing and product-support role. Buyer contact: obistru@gmail.com.
If the sales page, order confirmation, or separate written terms specify a user, seat, device, organization, term, or purpose, that scope controls. If no scope is stated at all, one natural person may use Permutrix on devices that person controls and may not share the account, copy, or access with another person or on a shared device.
2. License grant
While the user has lawfully acquired Permutrix and complies with these terms, Licensor grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Free features at no charge and, upon lawfully purchasing Pro, to use Pro features within the purchase terms. The software is licensed, not sold. Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted.
Pro is an optional, one-time personal upgrade. The Pro license has no fixed expiry date or recurring subscription fee. Internet access is required for initial activation, purchase restoration and periodic verification. Pro can be used offline for 30 days after the last successful verification; the app displays the applicable authorization expiry. After expiry, reconnect to verify the license. Expiry of that authorization alone does not extinguish the purchase entitlement or require another purchase.
A temporary server connection failure does not remove Pro while a valid offline authorization remains. Free remains available if authorization expires or Pro access is revoked after a full refund or chargeback; projects, assets and exported files are not automatically deleted. Further use or editing of Pro-only features may be restricted.
If Licensor permanently ends the authorization service, Licensor will give advance notice and provide an alternative authorization or offline-transition mechanism so legitimate existing Pro buyers can continue using their purchased features. The mechanism, validation and delivery procedure will be prepared before the service ends. This is not a statement that an emergency-transition feature is already implemented in the current app.
3. User materials and outputs
The user keeps all rights the user has in images, projects, and other materials imported into Permutrix. The user is responsible for having permission to use, modify, and export those materials.
The user may use outputs created in Permutrix from lawfully provided materials for personal or commercial purposes. Licensor does not claim ownership of the output itself. Rights and conditions attached to third-party materials, separately supplied samples, trademarks, likenesses, or other protected content still apply.
4. Restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly permits, the user may not:
- copy and distribute, resell, rent, sublicense, or make available Permutrix itself or a substantial part of it;
- share access with a person, seat, organization, or shared device not allowed by the purchase terms;
- bypass protective or usage restrictions or remove source and rights notices;
- use Permutrix for malware, unlawful intrusion, infringement, or unlawful content; or
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond a right that applicable law does not allow these terms to restrict.
If applicable law permits an act for interoperability, security research, or another purpose and does not allow that right to be waived by contract, that law controls.
5. Third-party components and separate materials
Open-source and third-party components are governed by their accompanying notices and licenses, which control for those components. Separately supplied samples, templates, fonts, or other materials are governed by any terms supplied with them.
5.1. Bundled sample materials license

This license covers the files in the joint_sample/ and asset_sample/ directories of the Permutrix distribution and the atom keychain sample artwork, line art, sample project and supplied sample-result cache distributed in public_demo_sample/ or the Store package’s resources/public-demo-template/ (“Sample Materials”). It includes identical materials copied from that template into a Free sample project. It does not extend to separately licensed third-party materials, materials added by the user, or the Permutrix software, documentation, branding icons, names or logos.
The Licensor of the Sample Materials is Permutrix Labs (퍼뮤트릭스 랩스), distinct from a sales platform or payment provider that processes payment.
Subject to the restriction below, anyone may use, reproduce, modify, adapt, combine, and redistribute the Sample Materials worldwide, perpetually, royalty-free, and non-exclusively, for personal or commercial purposes. Works and derivative materials created from or incorporating the Sample Materials may also be sold and distributed. Attribution is not required.
You may not sell, resell, or license for a fee the Sample Materials, in their original or substantially unchanged form, as a standalone asset, asset pack, template, sample project, or similar product whose primary value is the Sample Materials themselves. This restriction does not prohibit free redistribution, distribution or sale as part of a larger work, or sale and distribution of materially modified derivatives and outputs.
The Sample Materials are provided “as is,” without warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be limited. The Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted.
6. Updates, support, and refunds
Permutrix Labs intends to continue providing bug fixes, security and compatibility updates, and purchase, download and technical support where reasonably practicable. No specific update term, frequency, new feature, perpetual compatibility with every operating system or support response time is guaranteed. Commitments made at purchase and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. Re-downloads are subject to the purchase channel’s access conditions disclosed at purchase.
Request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund of the amount actually paid for the product order, regardless of nationality, country of residence, download, execution or use. No reason is required. Contact obistru@gmail.com or the purchase channel’s refund service. Eligibility is determined by the initial request time; a timely request does not become late because order verification or processing takes longer. Do not send verification codes, passwords or card security codes.
Eligible requests will be approved and the refund process promptly initiated through the relevant store or payment provider within applicable statutory deadlines. No discretionary refund fee is deducted. The time for funds to arrive may vary by payment provider and method. Amounts already refunded for the same order are not paid twice. A payment dispute in progress does not, by itself, exclude the guarantee. This additional guarantee does not limit rights concerning defects, non-delivery or non-conformity, or more favorable rights under applicable law or the purchase channel’s terms.
7. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, Permutrix is provided as available and is not guaranteed to operate without interruption or error in every environment. The user should keep separate backups of important projects and exported files.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not permit a contract to exclude or limit, including liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct or personal injury where applicable.
8. Termination
If the user materially breaches these terms or the purchase terms, Licensor may terminate the license to the extent permitted by law. On termination, the user must stop using Permutrix and delete software copies in the user’s possession. Section 3 continues to apply to outputs lawfully created before termination, provided those outputs do not infringe third-party rights.
A full refund ends the Pro rights for that order, not the separately granted Free license. Expiry of an offline authorization is also distinct from termination for a material breach under this section.
9. Terms version and assent
Permutrix asks for affirmative assent to this terms version on first launch. If the user does not agree, the user may exit and consult the purchase channel for any applicable refund or support process. A materially changed version will be shown and require new assent.
Governing law, venue, seller disclosures, pricing, taxes, and consumer transaction terms are determined by the purchase terms and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights under mandatory law.
